TLP Essay: Day 4

Write TWO Essays, choosing ONE from each of the Sections A and B, in about 1000-1200 words each : 125×2= Total 250 marks.

Section-A (125 marks)

Write any one of the following essay in 1000-1200 words.

1. Economic growth doesn’t mean anything if it leaves people out.

2. Poverty is not just a lack of money; it is not having the capability to realize one’s full potential as a human being.

3. Progress is more plausibly judged by the reduction of deprivation than by the further enrichment of the opulent.

4. The issue of inequality and that of poverty are not separable.

                      Section-B (125 marks)

Write any one of the following essay in 1000-1200 words.

1. It is good governance by good people that we need. And feudal kings and even dictators, have provided and can provide good governance.

2. Corruption is the enemy of development, and of good governance.

3. E-governance can bring minimum government and maximum governance.

4. Good governance depends on ability to take responsibility by both administration as well as people.
