Success is a combination of – “Ideas, Planning, Strategy, Quality Approach and Guidance” If you miss any of these elements, success will be a far-fetched dream!
Dear Students
We are back with the 2nd batch of the Most Awaited Programme – Integrated Learning Programme (ILP) 2023.
ILP has been helping hundreds of rankers every year to achieve their dream of getting into Civil Services. This year as well ILP had helped many aspirants including Rank 58 – Divya Shakti, Rank 134 – Sam Varghese, Rank 169 – Ankita Mishra, Rank 189 – P K Siddharth Kumar and many more.
ILP was conceptualized in order to reach the motto of IASbaba i.e., a person in the remotest corner of India can get a chance to achieve Rank – 1. The program is designed in such a way that it can reach the maximum number of aspirants who cannot afford to coach or wants to study from the comfort of their home. In fact, there are many aspirants who have joined the ILP program despite taking coaching from other institutes. It is also designed to keep the tight schedule of working professionals in mind.
It gives us immense pleasure to be a part of the successful journey of so many candidates.
What constitutes a ‘Revolution’?
In general understanding “a revolution is a radical change in the established order”.
When we started Integrated Learning Programme (ILP) way back in 2015, our motto and vision was to make-
“An effort towards assisting an aspirant sitting at the remotest part of the country to crack UPSC with a ‘single-digit rank”
Back then, there was nothing in the whole sphere of UPSC preparation where one could think of not joining a conventional institution, without investing lakhs of rupees, moving out of the comfort of home and still securing a single digit rank. This was the trend that time.
And now, we can proudly mention about hundreds of UPSC Toppers coming from ILP, who have made our vision so grand by creating a ‘Revolutionary’ change in the perceptive towards UPSC preparation.
This is nothing but a ‘Revolution’ that has given wings to the aspiring minds of young and dynamic candidates who do not lack ‘intelligence, aspiration, dedication, commitment, sincerity and most importantly belief that they can also do it without having access to conventional coaching and huge investment around it.
“This thought itself is a radical shift from old times”.
This day has always been a matter of great pride and jubilation and why not!
The launch of the most ‘Comprehensive, Affordable and Sought Out’ programme, ILP, has always been special not only for us but for the UPSC aspirant community.
With million-plus followers, IASbaba has become the common denominator in the success of thousands of candidates.
With hundreds of top rankers from IASbaba, we are in a state of delight for what we have done for the student community. But this wouldn’t have been possible without you.
In your success lies the success of IASbaba, in your faith lies our determination to walk the extra mile and, in your support, lies our resolve to always keep getting better. We take this moment to express our sincere gratitude to all the UPSC aspirants who have shown unwavering faith and love. We owe you everything. Thank you so much.
It is even more special this time because of newness and qualitative upgradations that we have done for ILP-2023 batch. Yes, you heard it right! (Read on for the surprises)
With more than 300 ranks in the last 6 years, ILP has become the most preferred choice of civil service aspirants. ILP is the result of constant improvement, with each of us creating content and designing routines to make the program highly relevant, impactful and lucid.
ILP as a product has several components, each designed meticulously by a team of experts to ensure that you receive the best content and guidance.
ILP has a unique self-assessment paradigm integrated with the program that keeps you on your toes, always testing your commitment to the process and outcomes. That is what we call as ‘smart’ in this context.
Simply put, when you have well defined targets to achieve and there are a number of people who are aware of your commitment, you always strive to stick to it, whether willingly or out of fear of embarrassment. Frankly, it doesn’t matter. We ensure in the program that you constantly get reminded of the targets through daily routine, micro study plan and regular assessments.
While there are many unique features of ILP (which are described in detail later), the presence of a community where thousands of dedicated and like-minded candidates compete makes a huge impact.
We have supported thousands of candidates through ILP in the last 5-6 years. Each year we add many novel features to our offerings. This year also, we have introduced several new features to help you traverse the UPSC journey with ease and fun. As you go through the remaining write up, we expect you to keep the ‘smartness’ paradigm in mind. You will realise that each feature of ILP contributes towards this paradigm. Use it to your advantage and we are sure of your success.

“Those who fail to plan, plan to fail.”
ILP-2023 does the planning for you in the most systematic and logical way. The plans are made to keep you on track as well on your toes. In the plan, you will get day-wise coverage of the syllabus, sources to refer and focus areas.
Detailed Micro- Plan – The detailed plan covers the Prelims & Mains Syllabus which will take care of your overall preparation in the form of daily targets. Each Module spans over 10 + days where at the end of the modules you’ll be taking a Prelims and Mains Test. The Daily Plan also includes sources to refer to. Current Affairs is also part of the planning so that both static and current issues are dealt with simultaneously.
Microplanning is the heart and soul of ILP-2023 that needs to be followed with utmost sincerity.
NCERT Coverage- ILP-2023 starts with a thorough coverage of NCERT’s relevant for UPSC Prelims and Mains. Before switching to standard sources and books, you would already have a thorough content for better understanding of subjects and also a starting point for your Mains Answer Writing.
Minimum Sources – The sources to be referred have been kept to the bare minimum. If you go through the plan, you will find that we have confined our sources to a maximum of 2 per subject (One being NCERT). It has been done to prevent a candidate from wasting their precious time in going through the repetitive and irrelevant sources available in the market. You’ll be following one reference book per subject and IASbaba’s Value Add Notes (VAN).
Revision – Due consideration has been given for Revision that will help to consolidate what you have learnt in a particular module. Since the process is long and intensive, the lack of revision can be fatal. Therefore, we have given adequate room for revision and consolidation.
ILP-2023 VANs are high-quality specialized reading materials to give you an edge over your competitors. VANs have been designed intelligently to give you both prelims and mains covering the most important sources like Standard Text Books, Government Documents and Reports, Ministry Websites, PIB, ARC Reports, Economic Survey, Budget Document etc. to make your understanding seamless and smooth. With our value-add notes (VAN), you will be able to declutter the complexity of UPSC syllabus.
The VANs shall cover the static as well as contemporary issues related to every single topic given in the syllabus including GS 1, GS 2, GS 3, GS 4 (Ethics). You need not look beyond sources other than the standard ones given in the plan and ILP-2023 VAN’s.
We have simplified the VAN covering all important aspects so that it can be your ‘One Stop Source for UPSC Preparation’.
For Example:
Covering current affairs is a big challenge for many aspirants. Most of the time students are confused about which sources to refer to? what to read? what not to read? to what depth to read?
Here comes Babapedia to your rescue. Babapedia is divided into Prelimspedia and Mainspedia for both your prelims and mains preparation. It is one of its kind compendiums of current affairs.
Prelimspedia gets updated on a daily basis. The only thing required is to log into your ILP account every day and go through the precise and crisp current affairs notes updated daily on Babapedia! Isn’t that awesome?
Mainspedia also gets updated on a daily basis. It is one of its kind initiatives where we declutter the most important editorials across national dailies to bring you relevant and ready ‘Introductions’, ‘Conclusions’, ‘facts’, ‘data’ in tabular format.
We will be providing the Mainspedia Articles in the Answer Writing Format (Introduction, Body, Conclusion).
Please Note: You will get unlimited complimentary access to Current Affairs content from 2016 onwards till mid May 2023. Babapedia is categorized Day-wise, Month-wise and Subject-wise, to make it very user-friendly and easily accessible!
IASbaba is known for its quality coverage and it is a testimony that we have been able to HIT the bull’s eye in Prelims and Mains both over the period of last 5-6 years. The closeness and exact repetition of Questions from our Tests needs no mention.
High-quality tests with detailed solutions will help you keep a track on your preparation. You will also get the chance to compete with thousands of sincere aspirants from the ILP community.
The Prelims Tests are designed carefully and with a lot of effort to match the standards set by UPSC. Questions are graded. easy, moderate, difficult and very difficult. The overall level of the test is kept a notch higher than UPSC so that students of IASbaba can have an edge.
A few thought-provoking previous years questions of UPSC will also be covered as they are sometimes repeated.
DETAILED SOLUTIONS will be provided after the tests. Detailed Solution, Techniques to Decipher the Correct Answer (Elimination Technique). The Detailed Solution itself will act as a Source of learning and revision.
MODULE WISE TESTS – There are 22 Module wise tests which will cover the complete syllabus of all the static subjects of the syllabus.
