1. Can a person of high integrity be a successful lawyer? Critically examine. 

क्या उच्च निष्ठा का व्यक्ति एक सफल वकील हो सकता है? समालोचनात्मक जांच करें।।

2. Why is impartiality an important attribute for a civil servant? Discuss. 

एक सिविल सेवक के लिए निष्पक्षता एक महत्वपूर्ण विशेषता क्यों है? चर्चा करें।

3. Differentiate between the terms ‘objectivity’ and ‘neutrality’ with the help of suitable examples. Also explain their significance for a public servant. 

उपयुक्त उदाहरणों की सहायता से ‘निष्पक्षता’ और ‘तटस्थता’ शब्दों के बीच अंतर करें। एक लोक सेवक के लिए उनके महत्व को भी समझाएं।

4. Employees in the private sector can earn much more than a civil servant. Yet a career in the civil services is widely desired and revered. Why? Substantiate. 

निजी क्षेत्र में कर्मचारी एक सिविल सेवक से बहुत अधिक कमा सकते हैं। फिर भी सिविल सेवाओं में एक कैरियर व्यापक रूप से वांछित और प्रतिष्ठित है। क्यूं? पुष्टी करें।

5. Can a person without dedication to public service be a successful civil servant? What if he/ she considers the civil services yet another ‘job’? Explain. 

क्या लोक सेवा के प्रति समर्पण वाला व्यक्ति एक सफल सिविल सेवक हो सकता है? यदि वह सिविल सेवाओं को भी एक और ‘नौकरी’ ही मानता है तो क्या होगा? समझाएं।
