Each year, as UPSC rolls its final results out, the entire team at IASbaba prepares to celebrate. Because we are confident in our vision – that guides us and has strongly shaped our efforts that complement that of the toppers who graduate from IASbaba.

While we silently work towards revolutionizing the paradigm of civil services preparation structure in the country, our pedagogy and quality of training sows the results from day one. And the result day becomes the day when we see eyes shine with pride and confidence. The sweat of hard work finally makes sense!

The Guru- Shishya Parampara, an extremely difficult relationship to maintain in today’s age, stands the test of time.

Our students come from the remotest parts of the country. Yet, our innovative and targeted methodologies have enabled them to crack the examination. While one may wonder and imagine it to be sheer luck, we would beg to differ here. Because this is not a one-off effort. Not once. Not twice. But multiple times, we have proven our mettle. What worked for us is the ecosystem that we have built around the approach to the examination itself. And to that towards life!

We have taken inspiration from the ‘Guru-shishya Parampara, which was an integral part of the Indian community, and have built this ecosystem completely dedicated to students’ success.
