Among Anil, Bibek, Pritam, Debu, and Eswar, Eswar is taller than Debu but not as fat as Debu. Pritam is taller than Anil but shorter than Bibek. Anil is fatter than Debu but not as fat as Bibek. Eswar is thinner than Pritam, who is thinner than Debu. Eswar is shorter than Anil. Who is the thinnest person?
Solution (d)
The question asks for the thinnest person. Therefore, let us arrange the persons in the decreasing order of their weight.
Eswar is not as fat as Debu.
Therefore, Debu > Eswar.
Anil is fatter than Debu but not as fat as Bibek.
Bibek > Anil > Debu > Eswar.
Eswar is thinner than Pritam, who is thinner than Debu
Bibek > Anil > Debu > Pritam > Eswar.
Therefore, Eswar is the thinnest among the five persons and hence, option d is the correct answer.

Both A and B start from the same point on the circular track. A completes one round of the track in 1 minute and B takes 2 minutes to complete a round. While A maintains same speed for all the rounds, B halves his speed after the completion of each round. How many times A and B will meet between the 6th round and 9th round of B (6th and 9th round is excluded)? Assume that the speed of B remains steady throughout each round and changes only after the completion of that round.

Since, Time = Distance/Speed. As B halves his speed the time required to complete the round will double therefore time required for Round 1 = 2 min
Round 2 = 4 min
Round 3 = 8 min
Round 4 = 16 min

Round 8 = 256 min
Round 9 = 512 min
Time required by A for each round from Round 1 to Round 9 = 1 min

Let the number of people who watched exactly one movie be ‘a’, the number of people who watched exactly two movies be ‘b’ and the number of people who watched exactly three movies be ‘c’
Then, a + b + c = 100 – 3 = 97 (i)
Also, a + 2b + 3c = 61 + 46 + 29 = 136 (ii)
On subtracting (i) from (ii), we get
b + 2c = 39
It is given that, b = 25
So, c = 7
Therefore, 7% people watched all the three movies.

Let the number of people who watched exactly one movie be ‘a’, the number of people who watched exactly two movies be ‘b’ and the number of people who watched exactly three movies be ‘c’

Read the information given below and answer the questions that follow
A television channel has scheduled five half‐hour shows between 9.30 pm and midnight. Out of the three family drama shows ‘Main Sati Hoon’ has social message for audience. The family dramas bring in maximum revenues for the channel and they are scheduled one after another. The show ‘Detective Doom’ is a suspense thriller, a family drama and also has social message. Two of the family dramas have social message and one not having social message has adult content. There are two shows which have adult content and they have been scheduled at 10.30 pm and 11.30 pm. The show ‘HIV and India’ is a news based program and also has social message. ‘Midnight Murders’ neither has social message nor is a family drama and is scheduled at 11.30 pm. The two news based programs but are not family dramas have been given two adjacent slots. The show ‘Main Sati Hoon’ has been scheduled for 10.00 to 10.30 pm slot and has a family drama preceding it. ‘Laugh a While’ is the fifth program.
