Note: TLP Phase I is designed to let you explore and express the basic concepts in different subjects. The questions asked in this phase won’t be too analytical. However, they will require you to connect different concepts and evolve a response.

This time, we are posting questions in Hindi as well to encourage participation from aspirants writing their exam in Hindi language. We request you to write and upload your answers on this forum and get benefited from the community.

1. What are the objectives of India’s IPR Policy? Does it ensure a balance between promoting innovation and protecting the interests of the underprivileged? Critically examine.

भारत की आईपीआर नीति के उद्देश्य क्या हैं? क्या यह नवीनता को बढ़ावा देने और वंचितों के हितों की सुरक्षा के बीच संतुलन सुनिश्चित करता है? समालोचनात्मक जांच करें।

2. Identify at least three sectors where indigenisation of technology is a strategic necessity. Have efforts been made in this direction? Examine.

3. What is ‘digital signature’? What are its applications in governance? Discuss.

4. What are ‘carbon nanotubes’? Examine its applications in the field of medicine.

5. Discuss the applications of robotics and automation in agriculture?

कृषि में रोबोटिक्स और स्वचालन के अनुप्रयोगों पर चर्चा करें।
