Note: TLP Phase I is designed to let you explore and express the basic concepts in different subjects. The questions asked in this phase won’t be too analytical. However, they will require you to connect different concepts and evolve a response.

This time, we are posting questions in Hindi as well to encourage participation from aspirants writing their exam in Hindi language. We request you to write and upload your answers on this forum and get benefited from the community.

1. A digitally empowered India must also be digitally secure. Examine in the light of the emerging threats to the digital ecosystem.

एक डिजिटल रूप से सशक्त भारत को डिजिटल रूप से सुरक्षित भी होना चाहिए। डिजिटल पारिस्थितिक तंत्र के लिए उभरती खतरों के प्रकाश में जांच करें।

2. What is the ‘fake news’ phenomenon? Does it pose a security threat to the country? Examine.

‘फेक न्यूज़’ क्या है? क्या यह देश के लिए एक सुरक्षा खतरा है? जांच करें।

3. What are the threats associated with the unregulated growth of Social Media? Examine. Also discuss the ways in which Social Media should be regulated to thwart the security challenges posed by its burgeoning growth in India.  

सोमैमेटिक सेल नाभिक हस्तांतरण (एससीटीसी) क्या है? इसकी तकनीक और संभावित अनुप्रयोगों की चर्चा करें।

4. Critically evaluate the efficacy of the existing legal, institutional and structural safeguards to protect the cyber ecosystem in India.

सोशल मीडिया के अनियमित विकास से जुड़े खतरे क्या हैं? जांच करें। इसके अलावा, जिस तरीके से सोशल मीडिया को नियंत्रित किया जाना चाहिए, उसके बारे में चर्चा करें ताकि भारत में बढ़ती हुई वृद्धि के चलते सुरक्षा चुनौतियों का सामना किया जा सके।

5. The last three years have seen witnessed the adoption of a slew of measures to curb  and control black money in the economy. Discuss their fine prints and critically analyse their performance.

पिछले तीन सालों में अर्थव्यवस्था में काले धन को रोकने और नियंत्रित करने के लिए कई उपाय किए गए हैं। उनके विशेषताओं की चर्चा करें और उनके प्रदर्शन का समालोचनात्मक रूप से विश्लेषण करें।
