Dear Students,

We are delighted to announce the December Batch of ILP-2022. We have been getting queries regarding a new time table for ILP 2022 for those who wish to start the preparation now. With that in mind, we have come up with a detailed schedule for DECEMBER Batch for those who want to join ILP-2022.

We are so happy with the outstanding results (142 Ranks) of IASbaba in UPSC CSE 2020 and the response from the aspirant community to the Integrated Learning Programme (ILP) year-on-year.

Why do thousands of aspirants prefer ILP over any other programme available in the market?

  • ILP’s integral and holistic approach.
  • ILP’s quality of content
  • ILP’s affordable nature creates a level playing field.
  • ILP’s resemblance with UPSC Prelims and Mains Question Papers.
  • ILP’s unique features that bind you throughout the journey.
  • ILP’s essence that promises “You Can Crack Single Digit Rank in UPSC Sitting at the Comfort of Your Home”.

We have supported thousands of candidates through ILP in the last 5-6 years. Each year we add many novel features to our offerings. This year also, we have introduced several new features to help you traverse the UPSC journey with ease and fun. As you go through the remaining write up, we expect you to keep the ‘smartness’ paradigm in mind. You will realise that each feature of ILP contributes towards this paradigm. Use it to your advantage and we are sure of your success.

“It’s not about when and how you start but how you finish”.  It’s never too late.

Yes, it’s never too late if you are determined to achieve the target.

Many of you (aspirants) live in an unfulfilled state and it is not an exception but normalcy. You often complain about getting lost, demotivated, isolated and ingrained by negative thoughts.

A handsome percentage of aspirants targeting UPSC-2022 will start their sincere preparation and effort now and still be able to clear the exam confidently. On the contrary majority of the aspirants preparing from the past few months or years will be bogged down by so-called demotivation, inconsistency, dejection and lack of sincerity.

In fact, a great deal of competition is lost at this point in time. The fact of the matter is: Who are these aspirants who can capitalize on the inconsistency, insincerity and incompetent efforts of others?

In a competition, either you compete or lose. Hence you aren’t late to jump into this competition and challenge others! Yes, it’s never too late if you are determined to achieve the target.

You still can challenge the early birds with your determined and consistent effort. Ultimately one who finishes in style wins the game. Are you ready to be that FINISHER?

The New Batch of ILP – 2022 (ENGLISH) starts from 16th December.

DETAILED PROGRAMME FEATURES

“Those who fail to plan, plan to fail.”

ILP does the planning for you in the most systematic and logical way. The plans are made to keep you on track as well on your toes. In the plan, you will get day-wise coverage of the syllabus, sources to refer and focus areas.

Detailed Plan – The detailed plan covers the Prelims & Mains Syllabus which will take care of your overall preparation in the form of daily targets. Each Module spans over 10 days where every 10th day you’ll be taking a Prelims and Mains Test. The Daily Plan also includes sources to refer to. Current Affairs is also part of the planning so that both static and current issues are dealt with simultaneously.

Microplanning is the heart and soul of ILP-2022 that needs to be followed with utmost sincerity.

Minimum Sources – The sources to be referred have been kept to the bare minimum. If you go through the plan, you will find that we have confined our sources to a maximum of 2 per subject. It has been done to prevent a candidate from wasting their precious time in going through the repetitive and irrelevant sources available in the market. You’ll be following one reference book per subject and IASbaba’s Value Add Notes (VAN).

IASbaba’s VANs are high-quality specialized reading materials to give you an edge over your competitors. VANs have been designed intelligently to give you both prelims and mains covering the most important sources like Standard Text Books, Government Documents and Reports, Ministry Websites, PIB, ARC Reports, Economic Survey, Budget Document etc. to make your understanding seamless and smooth. With our value-add notes (VAN), you will be able to declutter the complexity of UPSC syllabus.

The VANs shall cover the static as well as contemporary issues related to every single topic given in the syllabus including GS 1, GS 2, GS 3, GS 4 (Ethics). You need not look beyond sources other than the standard ones and IASbaba’s VAN.

We have simplified the VAN covering all important aspects so that it can be your ‘One Stop Source for UPSC Preparation’.

For Example:

  • For Modern History – You have to refer to Spectrum and IASbaba’s VAN only. The relevant content from New NCERTs, ‘Plassey to Partition’ etc. will be covered in the VANs.
  • For Environment and Ecology – ONLY IASbaba’s VAN along with Babapedia (Current Affairs) will cover all your Prelims and Mains syllabus. You don’t have to refer to any other books!
  • For Science & Technology – ONLY IASbaba’s VAN along with Babapedia (Current Affairs) will cover all your Prelims and Mains syllabus. You don’t have to refer to any other books!

Covering current affairs is a big challenge for many aspirants. Most of the time students are confused about which sources to refer to? what to read? what not to read? to what depth to read?

Here comes Babapedia to your rescue. Babapedia is divided into Prelimspedia and Mainspedia for both your prelims and mains preparation. It is one of its kind compendiums of current affairs.

Prelimspedia gets updated on a daily basis. The only thing required of you is to log into your ILP account every day and go through the precise and crisp current affairs notes updated daily on Babapedia! Isn’t that awesome?

Mainspedia also gets updated on a daily basis. It is one of its kind initiatives where we declutter the most important editorials across national dailies to bring you relevant and ready ‘Introductions’, ‘Conclusions’, ‘facts’, ‘data’ in tabular form.

After requests from our ILP and TLP subscribers who are already in service and preparing for a better rank and service, we will be providing the Mainspedia Articles in the Answer Writing Format (Introduction, Body, Conclusion).

Please Note: You will get unlimited complimentary access to Current Affairs content from 2016 onwards till mid May 2021. Babapedia is categorized Day-wise, Month-wise and Subject-wise, to make it very user-friendly and easily accessible!

There are several mental techniques to enhance your learning experience. One such technique is mind map which has been proven very effective to revise and retain the topics. The main reasons for this are –

  • It is pictographic.
  • It helps you to visualize an image rather than the paragraphs. This way you will recall it much easier in the exam.
  • It is crisp, so more information can be squeezed in a small space.
  • You wouldn’t require bulky notes before the exam to revise.

One Mind map (Downloadable) will be updated on the portal everyday (Monday – Friday)

Essay is an important part of one’s preparation for the Civil Services exam. Since it is not a subject per se, you can’t read and learn it from the book. The more you’ll gain information on the GS subject, the more equipped you will become to tackle an essay.

In the ILP plan, once a sufficient portion of each subject is covered, we will start your essay preparation. Guidelines will be provided to you on how to write an essay, and then mock essays will be given for practice.

UPSC asks for two types of topics – a static/ factual topic and a philosophical topic. Approach for both is different and will be provided to you as part of the Program. The requisite skills and aptitude to write a scoring Essay shall be imparted with the help of regular guidelines given in the form of writing tips.

Model Essays/Best Copies/Topper Copies shall be posted to make the candidate understand the nuances of a comprehensive yet precise Essay.

Theme wise Essay Tests will be included in the Plan. Directional Videos will be shared with you for every theme.

Please Note: Synopsis will not be provided for Essay Tests.
