Paper 1 – Comparative Public Administration

Q.1) Some principles of Taylor’s Scientific Management theory and some characteristics of Riggs’ Diffracted administrational model tend to converge at a distant remote level. Describe the corresponding theoretical roots, similarities and attributes.
