Important Guidelines

The masses still seem to be debating or rather questioning the impact of demonetisation in India. There are opposite views on the need, timeliness and effects of demonetisation. A common man is more confused than ever.
Suppose you have to explain the rationale, need and positive effects of demonetisation to a common man. What would you tell him? How will you convince him?
