Welcome to TLP- 2018, Day 30
Note: TLP Phase I is designed to let you explore and express the basic concepts in different subjects. The questions asked in this phase won’t be too analytical. However, they will require you to connect different concepts and evolve a response.
This time, we are posting questions in Hindi as well to encourage participation from aspirants writing their exam in Hindi language. We request you to write and upload your answers on this forum and get benefited from the community.

1. Can accountability ensure ethical governance? Substantiate with the help of suitable examples.
क्या उत्तरदायित्व नैतिक शासन को सुनिश्चित कर सकता है? उपयुक्त उदाहरणों की मदद से स्पष्ट करें।
सार्वजनिक जीवन में कानून अथवा नियम नहीं अपितु खुद का विवेक नैतिक व्यवहार को प्रेरित करते हैं। क्या आप सहमत हैं? समालोचनात्मक जांच करें।
प्रशासन में नैतिक मूल्यों को सुनिश्चित करने में नैतिकता की संहिता केवल सीमित भूमिका निभा सकती है। चर्चा करें।
क्या राष्ट्रों को उनके आतंरिक मामलों पर बिना शर्त संप्रभुता है? क्या अंतर्राष्ट्रीय समुदाय को मानवीय उद्देश्यों के लिए किसी देश में हस्तक्षेप करने का अधिकार है? अपना सुझाव दीजिये।
सार्वजनिक जीवन में नैतिक दुविधाओं को दूर करने के लिए प्रशासकों के पास क्या उपाय हैं? उदाहरण देकर स्पष्ट करें।
