1. Explain the ordinance making powers of the President. Don’t ordinances impinge upon the principles of a parliamentary democracy? Critically comment. 

राष्ट्रपति की अध्यादेश जारी करने वाली शक्तियों की व्याख्या कीजिए। क्या अध्यादेश जारी करना संसदीय लोकतंत्र के सिद्धांतों पर आघात नहीं होता है? समालोचनात्मक टिप्पणी करें।

2. What are family courts? How do they function? Are they an effective alternate dispute resolution forum? Examine. 

फैमिली कोर्ट क्या हैं? वे कैसे कार्य करते हैं? क्या वे एक प्रभावी वैकल्पिक विवाद समाधान फोरम हैं? जांच करें?

3. Has the judiciary been adventuring into the executive domain of late? What can be its implications? Analyse with the help f suitable examples.  

क्या न्यायपालिका आजकल कार्यकारी क्षेत्र में प्रवेश कर रही है? इसके निहितार्थ क्या हो सकते हैं? उपयुक्त उदाहरणों की मदद से विश्लेषण करें।।

4. Discuss the constitutional provisions that delve upon interstate river water disputes. Why have river water disputes been lingering for such long periods? Can there be a remedy? Suggest. 

अंतरराज्यीय नदी जल विवादों से सम्बंधित संवैधानिक प्रावधानों पर चर्चा करें। नदी जल विवाद इतने लंबे समय से क्यों चल रहे हैं? क्या कोई उपाय हो सकता है? सुझाव दें।

5. What are the forums available to address various trade related disputes? Is the regulatory environment robust enough to ensure that such disputes don’t arise? Critically analyse.  

विभिन्न व्यापार संबंधी विवादों को हल करने के लिए कौन से फोरम उपलब्ध हैं? क्या यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए नियामक वातावरण काफी मजबूत है कि इस तरह के विवाद उत्पन्न न हों? समालोचनात्मक विश्लेषण करें।
