Blink - Malcolm Gladwell

Blink – The power of thinking without thinking

Most of you would have heard about this book. First published in January 2005, blink became a phenomenon in itself. It was an international bestseller that brought about a new revolutionary wave to the understanding of human behavior and actions.

Blink talks about an elusive and integral aspect of human society. It talks about the power of intuition, and explores the phenomenon of intuitive decision making which is inextricably linked to the environment and circumstances around us.

In an age when most of us would never look beyond intelligence in order to understand and interpret the world around us, blink puts across a revolutionary idea of thinking without thinking – The power of human intuition.

It doesn’t matter what you are specialized or interested in. It could be education, entertainment, business, government, society, culture, humanity, crime, psychology or anything else; you have to read Blink.

Blink is rare and insightful; the thought process, or should we say after reading the book, the non thinking process of human intelligence  will simply blow your mind away, quite literally. One thing is for sure to happen after reading this book; you will think less and understand more.
