Note: TLP Phase I is designed to let you explore and express the basic concepts in different subjects. The questions asked in this phase won’t be too analytical. However, they will require you to connect different concepts and evolve a response.

This time, we are posting questions in Hindi as well to encourage participation from aspirants writing their exam in Hindi language. We request you to write and upload your answers on this forum and get benefited from the community.

1. World’s oceans have huge potential to address the requirement of minerals, energy and food for the next generation. Discuss in the light of the concept of ‘blue economy’.

दुनिया के महासागरों में अगली पीढ़ी के लिए खनिजों, ऊर्जा और भोजन की आवश्यकता को पूरा करने के लिए बहुत बड़ी संभावनाएं हैं। ‘नीला अर्थव्यवस्था’ की अवधारणा के प्रकाश में चर्चा करें।

2. India’s renewable resource potential remains untapped. Do you agree? Substantiate.

भारत की अक्षय संसाधन क्षमता अप्रयुक्त है। क्या आप सहमत हैं? पुष्टी करें।

3. Many parts of the world are fighting against acute water crisis. Technology can provide a respite in such regions if made affordable and accessible. Comment.

दुनिया के कई हिस्से भयंकर जल  संकट से जूझ रहे हैं। प्रौद्योगिकी ऐसे क्षेत्रों में राहत प्रदान कर सकती है, यदि वह सस्ती और सुलभ हो। टिप्पणी करें।

4. India needs to adopt a sustainable pricing mechanism of its resources to face the crisis at many fronts. Substantiate with the help of suitable examples.

कई मोर्चों पर संकट का सामना करने के लिए भारत को अपने संसाधनों का एक स्थायी मूल्य निर्धारण तंत्र अपनाने की जरूरत है।उपयुक्त उदाहरणों की मदद से पुष्टि करें।

5. What are the features of the New Mineral Policy? Will it lead to the conservation of critical minerals? Examine.

नई खनिज नीति की विशेषताएं क्या हैं? क्या यह महत्वपूर्ण खनिजों के संरक्षण के लिए प्रेरित करेगा? जांच करें।
